We reserve the right to discontinue services if school policies are not followed or inappropriate behavior occurs.

• A $60 non-refundable fee applies to all new and returning students.

• Students are considered returning if there was a 30 day break between lessons or classes.

• All tuition is non-refundable.

• Payments require a saved ACH or credit card (3% fee applies) on file.

• Minimum contract duration is 6 months, auto charged by the system on the 1st of each month.

• Contract termination and lesson cancellations require 30 days’ written notice by email.

• If the contract is terminated before the initial six (6) months have passed, an early termination fee equal to one (1) month's tuition will be charged to the account.

• We do not offer makeup lessons.

• If a teacher is unavailable, a substitute will be assigned from the pool of highly skilled and qualified teachers.

• One day/time change allowed every 6 months, based on availability.

If a student is absent for an extended period without providing specific notice or explanation, as determined by the Director, the school reserves the right to release the reserved time slot.

To help us support your child effectively, parents must inform us of any medical or behavioral conditions.

• We are not responsible for lost/damaged personal items.

• Parents agree to hold the school harmless for injuries or related claims.

• We may provide medical care in an emergency; parents cover the cost.

• By enrolling in our programs, you grant Music Around permission to use photos and videos of students for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials.
