Enrollment at Music Around signifies agreement to the following terms:

1. Registration fees are $90 for new students and $45 for returning students and siblings.

2. Contracts renew automatically unless the school receives a written cancellation notice by email at least 30 days prior to renewal.

3. Failure to provide proper notice will result in automatic renewal at the current tuition rate.

4. Enrollment is a commitment for the full contract term and contracts may not be paused mid-term.

5. Early withdrawal does not release you from responsibility for the remaining tuition balance under the contract, regardless of attendance.

6. Month-to-month enrollment requires a minimum two-month commitment (first month plus 30-day cancellation notice).

7. Tuition is billed monthly. A valid ACH or credit card must remain on file. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

8. No makeups, rescheduling, credits, or refunds are provided for missed lessons.

9. Music Around may provide a substitute teacher when necessary.

10. Music Around reserves the right to discontinue lessons due to policy violations, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.

11. Lesson times are forfeited upon cancellation or termination.

12. By enrolling, you authorize Music Around to use student photos and videos for promotional purposes unless the school receives a written opt-out request.

13. Parents or guardians must disclose any medical, behavioral, or learning conditions that may affect participation or instruction.

14. Parents or guardians release Music Around from liability for injuries or related claims arising from participation and authorize emergency medical care, if necessary, at their expense.

15. All tuition, registration fees, and other charges are non-refundable.

16. Music Around reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time.
