Terms of Service

By enrolling to our programs you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change them without notice.

  • Music Around reserves the right to discontinue services if school policies are not followed or in cases of inappropriate conduct.

  • A $90 registration fee is required for all new students.

If a contract is terminated, the assigned time slot is immediately forfeited.

A $45 re-registration fee applies to students returning after termination.

  • Contracts renew automatically at the end of each term unless the School receives a written notice by email.

To stop auto-renewal 30 days written (email) notice must be given for all contracts. Failure to provide timely written notice will result in automatic renewal for the next term, and families remain financially responsible for the renewed term in full.

  • Enrollment is a commitment for the contract duration. Early withdrawal does not release the student from financial obligation. All tuition for the remainder of the term is due in full.

The Month-to-Month contract requires at least 2 month commitment (first month, and the duration of 30 day cancellation notice).

  • All accounts must have a mailing address and valid ACH or credit card on file.

A 3% fee applies to all transactions by credit card.

Payments are charged monthly on the billing date and continue until the contract is cancelled.

  • No makeups or rescheduling are offered under any circumstance.

  • By enrolling, you grant Music Around permission to use photos/videos of the student for promotional use (social media, website, print, etc.).

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical or behavioral conditions that may impact participation, so we can best support the student.

  • Parents/guardians agree to hold Music Around harmless for any injury or related claims.

In a medical emergency, Music Around may administer or seek care. Parents are responsible for all associated costs.

  • All tuition and fees are non-refundable.
