Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2025Registration Fee
A $90 registration fee applies to all new students. Terminating the contract results in immediate forfeiture of the assigned time slot. A $45 re-registration fee is required for returning students after termination.
Contract Termination
We require a 30-day cancellation notice for all contract terminations. If no notice is given, the contract automatically renews for a new term.
Billing Frequency
All accounts must have a mailing address and either ACH or credit card on file (a 3% fee applies to all transactions). Payments are charged on the billing date each month until the contract is cancelled.
Makeups & Rescheduling
No makeups or rescheduling allowed.
Photo & Video Release
By enrolling in our programs, you grant Music Around permission to use photos and videos of students for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and print materials.
Service Expectations
We reserve the right to discontinue services if school policies are not followed or inappropriate behavior occurs.
Medical & Behavioral Conditions
To help us support your child effectively, parents must inform us of any medical or behavioral conditions.
Indemnification
Parents agree to hold the school harmless for any injuries or related claims. In the event of a medical emergency, we may provide necessary care, with parents responsible for all associated costs.
Refunds
Tuition and fees are not refundable.
