Dinara Yengsep brings over 25 years of high-level financial and operational experience to Music Around. She began her career as a banking specialist after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Dokuz Eylül University in Turkey and worked her way up to Director of Operations for one of Kazakhstan’s major banks, where she led complex financial and administrative teams for 15 years before immigrating to the United States.

At Music Around, Dinara oversees bookkeeping, account auditing, and all financial operations involving faculty, parents, contractors, and payroll. She ensures that every payment is accurate and on time, helping keep the school running smoothly and responsibly.
